Our Process
Step 1: Conversation
The first step in our process is to set up a consultation. On this call we will get to know each other and get an idea of the project you are looking to complete. While doing this we will walk through cost templates to start to get an idea of what your project will cost as well. You will be able to see line by line where every dollar is spent, and will have these templates as a resource after our conversation.
Step 2: Van Selection
Some customers come to us with either a van or have already decided, and some need some help figuring out which vehicle will best suit their needs. Either is okay! If you have not selected or purchased a vehicle, we will walk you through the pros and cons of each, and will direct you to the dealerships we work with to help you find your van.
Step 3: Design
The next step is design! We want this part to be enjoyable and just as fun as when you get to start using the van. We allow are customers to be as involved or uninvolved as they would like. The first step in the process is taking our ideas and bouncing them back and forth in the form of floor plan drawings. Once we have a good idea of your layout we will complete 3D renderings so you can start to visualize. We will continue to revise these drawings until we have our final draft!
Step 4: Start of Build!
And we begin! For every step of the process we want you to feel as included as you would like to be. We give our customers the ability to make as many decisions as possible. From component choice, to cabinet layout, to materials, we will do our best to build your van how you would like. This includes constant communication throughout the process and when it is time to make key decisions.
Step 5: Quality Control and Delivery
Once your van is complete we will run it through its paces for a handful of days to make sure that everything is working perfectly before you pick it up. This step also includes media capture. From there we will schedule pickup/delivery!
